    Improved aspiration system

    In March 2019, designers of the RT Group holding presented an improved aspiration system, designed to minimize spraying during melting of bulk raw materials. The new aspiration system has a number of significant advantages.

    ADVANTAGES:

    • Pocket filter cassettes were introduced instead of cartridges with bag filters, used in the previous system;
    • Changing the type of filters allowed to increase the area of filter surface to 2.2 m2;
    • Reduced dimensions of aspiration for discharger;
    • Reduced metal content of the system and complexity of its manufacture, which significantly reduced the cost of the product.
