Doser of melted margarine and fat

In September, within the framework of cooperation of RT Group and the confectionery factory Belogorye, staff of our design department has developed a new device — a doser for heated margarine and fat. The new dosing device is designed on the basis of a standard liquid component doser using several significant upgrades. According to the technological conditions of the customer, the designed of doser maintains the temperature of the product at level of + / — 40 degrees, and its emptying time does not exceed 2-3 minutes. For easy operation and control, the doser is equipped with temperature sensors.
