    DOUGH DIVIDER SERIES SDT

    Automatic divider with narrow and short conveyor. Equipment with only one piston. Volumetric dough divider uses vacuum suction system, suitable for processing soft dough of medium consistency with a water content of more than 55 %. Processing of the dough billet is carried out naturally, without damaging the structure of the dough and without overheating it.

    DESCRIPTION OF THE DOUGH DIVIDER MACHINE SERIES SDT

    Dough divider is used in the bakery and confectionery industry, as well as for the production of bases for pizzas and cakes. The dough divider is represented by a number of models of different capacity and production format.

    Changing the speed of production and weight adjustment is carried out with the help of electrical control unit and frequency converters. Capacity from 960 to 3240 pieces per hour for a dough divider with one piston and from 1920 to 6480 pieces per hour for two piston dough divider.

    • hopper is made of stainless steel (capacity 30 kg in the standard model), equipped with safety devices (cover);
    • belt conveyor with adjustable height: two belts for complectation with rounders, preparation of billet for loaves and forming equipment;
    • recirculation lubrication system with filter and float sensor;
    • automatic counter of dough pieces;
    • machine is equipped with wheels for mobility;
    • power supply: 400 volts / 3 phase and low voltage control panel.
