DOUGH FORMING MACHINE VIPAVA-RR
VIPAVA RR machine is designed for forming of loaves of rye and wheat-rye dough. The robust design allows it to be used in industrial bakeries as a stand-alone machine or as part of an automated production line. VIPAVA RR is available in different versions, and each is adapted to the specific characteristics of the dough, which is formed into a loaf. There is a variant with a forming head and without it. The forming head is mounted when it is necessary to roll out a piece of dough before the final forming into a loaf into a thick pancake. Both options are present in the 2400 and 3000 models, which have the highest performance. The VIPAVA 3000 version is also available in an automatic version, in which all settings (distance between centering rolls, height of the forming plate and speed of the forming conveyor belt) are made automatically by means of an electronic PLC device.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DOUGH FORMING MACHINE VIPAVA-RR

• forming grid;
• forming plate;
• Teflon guides.
