DESCRIPTION OF THE DOUGH DIVIDER ROUNDER FOR BAKERY PRODUCTION
The standard operating cycle of the dough divider-rounder consists of the following technological stages:
• automatic billet pressing;
• automatic cutting;
• rounding (done manually).
