DOUGH ROUNDER AS 2/3
The machine is designed to work with soft mixed dough. Rounding of the dough occurs between the cone and the concave wall of the spiral with a Teflon coating, which allows to achieve the formation of round-shaped dough billets.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DOUGH ROUNDER AS 2/3 FOR BAKERY PRODUCTION
Each machine is equipped with two flour sprayers, adjustable to full closing. This dough rounder can work in conjunction with any volumetric dough divider. The machine is equipped with wheels and locking mechanism. At the request of the customer it can be equipped with:
a) a cone with a Teflon coating;
b) a device for supplying hot or hot and cold air;
c) a discharge conveyor.
