DOUGH ROUNDER ASR
The machine is designed for rounding of soft and / or non-standard dough. The piece to be rounded off rotates around its own axis by means of a rotating cone along the recessed channels with a Teflon coating.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DOUGH ROUNDER ASR FOR BAKERY
The machine is serially equipped with two flour sprinklers and can work in combination with any volumetric dough divider. The machine is made of stainless steel. Mounted on rotating wheels and equipped with a fixed installation on the floor. The cone and Teflon coated channels are suitable for working with soft and tight dough. Removable and easy-to-clean surface for collecting breadcrumbs. The channels are adjusted when opened in such a way, as to ensure that the dough is rounded from 30 g to 1400 g with approximately the best rounding quality at both minimum and maximum weight of the pieces.
