DOUGH ROUNDER M/S/LARGE
Automatic dough divider-rounder of high performance and strength, designed for 4-5 or 6 rows and designed for dividing and rounding of the dough for further production of round bread, small-piece bakery products, hamburgers, small loaves, pita bread, pizza. Automatic dough divider-rounder is designed for processing of soft and semi-soft dough, has a stainless steel hopper with a Teflon coating with a capacity of about 35 kg.Thanks to the doser with a rotary valve and a pressure control system in the measuring chambers, the dough is carefully processed. All this allows to minimize the mechanical impact of the machine on the dough and at the same time to achieve the desired weight.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DOUGH ROUNDER M/S/ LARGE FOR BAKERY PRODUCTION
After required weight has been set, the dough pieces enter the drum of the rounder, where they acquire the desired shape. Change of drums depending on the required weight of the bakery product. During operation, it is possible to electronically control the rounding process of the dough. Rounded dough billets are fed to the discharge conveyor, after which they are either extracted or sent to the forming process.
The capacity of each row is from 1000 to 2000 units per hour for dough billets weighing from 30 to 125 grams and is regulated electronically. Athena dough divider can also be equipped with a touch screen control panel with the ability to remember up to 50 programs, in which you can set all necessary operating parameters, in particular, size of the billets, rounding speed, etc., as well as to identify possible problems in the operation of the equipment.
