Divider-rounder for dough model SP / AR / A (produced by the Italian company Sottoriva) is designed for technological preparation of yeast dough for further processing. This equipment performs the function of dividing and rounding of the dough into pieces of different sizes and a given weight.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DOUGH ROUNDER SP/AR/A FOR BAKERY PRODUCTION
The range of finished products, which can be produced using in-line dividers-rounders model SP / AR / A, is wide enough, as the equipment has four versions for the division of dough:
• weight range: 130-250 grams, division into 14 pieces;
• weight range: 25-80 grams, division into 30 pieces;
• weight range: 30-100 grams, divided into 30 pieces;
• weight range: 25-80 grams, division into 36 pieces.
The divider-rounder of the Sottoriva brand will be the optimal business solution for enterprises producing rolls, cheesecakes and similar small-piece products. Ideally, the equipment will fit into a bakery of average production capacity or a bakery shop focused on the production of small-piece flour bread products.
SP/AR/a model of dividers-rounders were developed and designed specifically to meet possible requirements of bakery production. Featuring simplicity and ease of use, Sottoriva equipment for dividing and rounding of the dough will be an indispensable tool in the preparation of dough pieces for bakery products. Dividers-rounders can be integrated into the production line, and can be used as independent production units.
Design features of SP/AR/A model of the divider-rounder:
• performance of the machine housing made of sheet painted steel;
• all parts and mechanisms in contact with the dough are made of materials that have been certified and approved for use in food production;
• presence of wheels at the bottom of the equipment for the most convenient transportation of the divider-rounder inside the shop floor;
• complete set of the machine includes three plates.
Dividers-rounders SP/AR/A is fully automatic. With this principle of operation in the machine there is a hydraulic division of the dough, and then automatic rounding of the resulting pieces.
