DOUGH ROUNDER Toos 3000 R
Belt type dough rounder Toos is designed for rounding of rye, rye-wheat and other soft dough. The optimal rounding of the dough pieces is ensured by the movement of the forming conveyor belts in opposite directions at different speeds. The machine is used to form the dough before the subsequent forming, as well as to give the final round shape of the dough billet. Belt type dough rounder Toos 3000 is offered in automatic version.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DOUGH ROUNDER Toos 3000 R FOR BAKERY PRODUCTION
Advantages:
• high-quality rounding due to ability to control the speed of the belts;
• special material for the conveyor belts, excluding sticking of dough;
• dough sprinkler to further prevent sticking of the dough;
• possibility to adjust the distance between the forming belts depending on the weight of the dough billet;
• wheels to move the machine.
Standard version TOOS 3000 (R):
• transport belts approx. 3000 mm and 200 mm wide;
• stainless steel housing and cladding;
• flour sprinkler;
• frequency converter for belt speed control.
Options:
• additional flour sprinkler
