The machine can be manufactured in two versions: stainless and carbon steel.

The bowl of the kneading machine A2-HT-3B is equipped with a carriage on wheels, whereby the bowl can be easily moved from one place to another (to the kneading machine and from it) in accordance with the technological process of production. Diameter of the bowl is 108 cm, height 88 cm, which allows for one cycle of kneading to prepare a large number of dough. At the same time, design of the bowl eliminates spraying of flour or release of dough during kneading, which reduces the financial costs of the enterprise.

The principle of operation of the dough kneading machine

The bowl is rolled on the foundation plate, which has special guides and stops, and fixed on it. Then the bowl is filled with the necessary ingredients, traverse is lowered and the drive of the kneading screw is turned on. Mixing time is set using a time relay. At the end of time, electric motor is automatically switched off, the kneading screw is stopped and traverse rotation drive is activated. The traverse rises to the extreme upper position, and the kneading screw comes out of the bowl. To roll out the bowl, press by foot on the pedal of the retainer and then roll out the bowl.
