DOUGH KNEADING MACHINE A2-HTU
Kneading machine A2-HTU is designed for batch mixing of semi-finished products and dough, made of wheat and rye flour with a moisture content of 33-54% in a non-rotating bowl on wheels. High quality of kneading is provided by the rotation of the kneading spiral screw around the axis.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DOUGH KNEADING MACHINE A2-HTU
Kneading of the dough is performed at a lower speed, and batching at a large speed, which allows more intensive mixing of the components. It is possible to work at one of two speeds, which allows to reduce power consumption.
On the kneading machine A2-HTU is installed an electronic control unit, that allows you to set necessary modes of rotation for the kneading spiral screw, automatic speed switching and lifting of the traverse.
