DESCRIPTION OF THE DOUGH KNEADING MACHINE L4-HTV
This kneading machine comes complete with bowl or without it. Bowls are made of two types of materials: carbon steel and stainless steel. For the production of bread, based on rye or rye-wheat flour, it is desirable to use stainless steel bowls. In the production of wheat flour products allowed the use of rolled bowls, made of conventional carbon steel.
The kneading machine L4-HTV is a single-speed machine with bowl on wheels, with automatically rising traverse. The traverse has a protective cover and a cover, that prevents spraying of flour and dry components in the process of kneading the dough.
It is equipped with a spiral kneading screw, rotating around two axes — its own axis and the axis of the bowl. It has a simple and convenient control panel.
