DESCRIPTION OF THE DOUGH KNEADING MACHINES LUX AND LUX-R

Thanks to its robust stainless steel housing, compact size and easy handling, theswe models are suitable for a wide range of products. Both lines are represented by dough kneading machines with a capacity of 80 to 280 kg, have 3 motors (on a spiral screw, on a bowl, on a hydraulic mechanism), there are 2 speeds in the mixing screw and one in the bowl with possibility of reverse at the first speed. Rotation of the bowl is also controlled by friction rollers, sliding on the milled edge of the bowl, thus increasing and improving its fixing. The bowl mobvement mechanism is very easy to control even at maximum load.

Raising and lowering of the head of the kneading machine are carried out by a hydraulic mechanism. The approach and docking of the bowl movement mechanism with the frame of the kneader is carried out automatically, because the whole process is controlled by a special recognition sensor. Electrical unit and control panel are located on the side of the machine for easy access. The control panel can be equipped, at Your choice, with two electro-mechanical timers or electronic buttons with bypass selector system. Varnished coating and smoothness of the body forms are specially provided for the possibility of simple and high-quality care of the product. The LUX line is designed for soft dough masses with a moisture content of more than 55% , while the LUX-R line is suitable for dough billets with a moisture content of less than 45% thanks to a double transmission and a special straight cut-off.
