DESCRIPTION OF THE DOUGH KNEADING MACHINE SERIES SILVER
The switch, available on the control panel, allows to work at the first and second speeds in manual mode, without time control.
Switch with symbol of the bowl and two counter arrows allows you to change the direction of rotation of the bowl, which contributes to the quality of pre-mixing of ingredients at the first speed. Start button not only performs function of starting the cycle, but also provides a pulse rotation of the bowl to facilitate unloading of the dough at the end of the batch and after raising up the grid.
