ROTARY OVEN BLIZZARD
BLIZZARD rotary oven is used for baking of bread, wheat products and bread rolls. Class S of rotary ovens with a top-mounted power unit (Energie-Power-Block) consisting of a heating unit and a high-power turbine. Supplied with electric, gas, diesel or combined heating. High baking performance at maximum efficiency: furnace operates on a counter-flow technology, with an efficiency of up to 96 %, the optimal performance of CO2, exhaust gas temperatures are much lower than the baking temperature.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROTARY OVEN BLIZZARD FOR BAKERY PRODUCTION
Stainless steel – inside and outside – furnace body and platform, power unit, turntable and baking chamber, turbine, channel system and trolleys.
