ROTARY OVEN NEVA ROTOR
Rotary baking ovens are designed for baking of a wide range of confectionery and bakery products. In ovens is used classic, proven, diagram of convection of air. Fan of the heat block sucks air from the baking chamber of the furnace. Air flow under pressure passes through the heat block, where it is heated and fed back through the air duct to the baking chamber through the vertical cracks of the shiber block. In the baking chamber, the heat of hot air is transferred to the dough billets, located on a rotating rack trolley.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROTARY OVEN NEVA ROTOR
Unlike other manufacturers, air path and baking chamber in ovens are completely made of stainless steel. Cascade type steam generator, consisting of 4 sections, 7 vaporizing gutters in each. Furnaces of all sizes are available in three versions according to energy sources: electricity, gas or diesel. The furnaces are designed in such a way, that even during operation they can be converted from one type of fuel to another. The automatic furnace control system includes an electro-automation unit and an unified software unit. The electroautomatics unit is equipped with the products of the world’s leading manufacturers.
