The unit is designed for processing of waste and dough into a homogeneous mass for further addition to the batch.
• tank, full volume-300 liters, material in contact with the product – food stainless steel;
• shredder motor: rated speed 3000 rpm, power – not less than 7.5 kW;
• petal knives – 2 sets;
• controlled pneumatic valve and magnetic separator on the outlet of the shredder tank;
• tank is installed on load cells;
• tank is equipped with a washing head;
• homogenizer with drive power 11 kW;
• air pressure of 6 bar;
• water for mixture preparation;
• water for washing through a special washing head;
• nozzle for the product outlet.

DESCRIPTION OF THE BREAD WASTE PROCESSING STATION FOR BAKERY
• productivity is 1000 kg / hour of the finished product;
• shredder tank is filled by the operator manually with returnable bread or dough for 70% of the tank capacity;
• tank lid closes after filling;
• from the control panel entered the number of the prescription (proportion of product/water) and the command is given to start work;
• weighing system carries out weighing of bread products and controls the set of water in accordance with the selected recipe;
• result of work of the station is a homogeneous mixture, that can be used for the subsequent manufacture of dough instead of flour (up to 6% per 100 kg of flour);
• system is switched off after emptying of the tank;
• there is a washing program through the washing head in the tank.
