Oatmeal cookies are one of the favorite products of all people without exception, and, often, one of the most important attributes of tea drinking traditions. The technology of production of 550-600 kg of oatmeal cookies per hour is not particularly difficult for the technologists of any confectionery enterprise and consists of standard steps for the preparation of ingredients, dough preparation, forming, baking, cooling and packaging. Equipment for the production of oatmeal cookies is built into the workshop in line, for which the length of the workshop should be at least forty meters. At the same time, individual units of equipment of such line can be placed on a higher level, if the height of the premises allows.

DESCRIPTION OF THE OATMEAL COOKIES PRODUCTION LINE EQUIPMENT
Composition of the line for the production of oatmeal cookies:
1. Preparation of the ingredients, necessary for the production of oatmeal cookies, consists of boiling with water of the basis for the future of cookies. This process is carried out by:
• digester with a shirt;
• pump unit with filter;
• Z-shaped kneading screw;
• cooling jacket;
• storage tank.
Also, the dosing of sugar, oil and other ingredients necessary for the preparation of oatmeal cookies is carried out.
2. After all the components of the cookie are ready, they are placed in a kneading machine with a shirt, where the final preparation of the dough for further processing takes place. To obtain a predetermined volume of the finished cookie, it is necessary to install two dough mixers of 300 liters each.
3. In the next step, the prepared product is fed to the feeder of the dough, where the dough is formed into a tape and cut into pieces.
4. In the further processing of the dough of oatmeal cookies on the forming, the tape is fed to the extruder for cutting (used only with string cutting). The forming machine has an average capacity of 450 kg, the number of cookie blanks is 9 pieces in one row.
5. The resulting formed blanks come into the oven for baking PKI-30.900.30.5. Cookies can be exposed to different temperatures in each of the three chambers of the furnace, if any, provided by the recipe.
6. From the oven oatmeal cookies enters the conveyor system for cooling and tempering.
7. Passed the technological stage of cooling cookies can be sent to the packaging. You can pack oatmeal cookies either with the help of vertical packaging machine RT-UM-35 into a vertical bags, or into a correx and a film on the RT-UM-GSH-Servo horizontal packaging machine.
