We offer the dough-cutting line for production of the wide range of products from puff and puff-yeast dough. This line can be equipped with a doser, designed for dosing of various types of fillings: with pieces of fruit, meat, cottage cheese, vegetables, jams, jam, etc. The line is quite easy to maintain and has small dimensions, so it can be successfully used in small and medium-sized bakeries.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PUFF PASTRY PRODUCTION LINE EQUIPMENT
Line Canolino consist of:
1. Dough calibrator to obtain the required thickness of the dough sheet before cutting. It is equipped with inlet conveyor, dough sprinkler on conveyor’s belt and sensors at the inlet and outlet of the dough.
2. Cutting table (conveyor), on which can be installed mounted and movable nodes to handle the dough:
• double station for cutting and marking dough strips;
• device for removal of dough scraps;
• moisture device;
• devices for sprinkling with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, etc.;
• moving electromechanical doser for fillings;
• various forming stations for forming products in the form of a roll, “book” or “envelope»;
• upper conveyor (conveyors) for stacking of the second belt of forming dough for pies;
• electromechanical guillotine for cross-cutting along the length or stamping of figured products;
• discharge conveyor;
• control panel with synchronization of the doser for the fillings with guillotine.
