Automatic line for refined sugar equipment

The system of operation of this type of equipment is different from traditional. The sugar cubes production line is fully automatic and equipped with a computer, through which settings are performed. Computer monitors the whole process of production and in case of problems, immediately sends a signal to the screen. This makes much easier equipment operation.

Scheme of work:

Sugar is automatically delivered to the mixer (sugar supply is regulated by means of photo sensors), where it, being mixer with water, fills the cube cells and pressed. Raw cubes on the conveyor belt go through the equipment for drying and cooling. A special cooling system allows you to dry and at the same time cool sugar cubes. At the same time, a special robot glues boxes and the conveyor belt delivers them to the robot-stacker. Robot-stacker fills them with sugar and transfer them by conveyor belt to the box glueing robot.
