DESCRIPTION OF THE BALL MILL OPTIMA FOR BAKERY
The unit combines a ball mill, a pump and a premixer. The product is fed by the pump in a closed cycle: from the lower grinding zone to the upper mixing zone. Loading of fat and components is carried out through the top hatch or through the inlet pipes. High engine power ABB — provides reduced grinding time and efficiency. The working part of the shaft, agitators and balls are made of hard alloy (58 HRC). Operation of the Ball mill Optima Compact 600 does not require highly qualified personnel.
