ENROBING MACHINE
Universal machine for pouring of confectionery with chocolate and with chocolate products. The machine is made by the order, depending on the needs of the client. Enrobing machine is used for pouring with chocolate and chocolate-like products of various cookies, cakes, and other confectionery products on the grid. Pouring can be both full and partial. For example, in chocolate can be only the lower part of the product. The machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ENROBING MACHINE FOR BAKERY PRODUCTION
• pouring head is 400, 600 or 800 mm wide;
• tank with a heated water jacket to maintain a constant temperature of about 50 l chocolate;
• pump, serving chocolate;
• smooth adjustment of the grid movement;
• adjusting the temperature of the chocolate with the thermostat;
• two fans, blowing off the excess chocolate from the product;
• possibility of pouring only the lower part;
• possible decoration strips on top (optional);
• it is possible to sprinkle products with bulk components (option);
• possibility of synchronous operation with the cooling tunnel;
• line begins to work when the chocolate reaches the desired temperature;
• after hours, the night mode allows you to circulate the chocolate without having to drain and wash the machine.
