DESCRIPTION OF THE DOUGH SHRINK MACHINE FOR BAKERY

The machine includes string cutting, performance of which is one of the highest (more than 200 beats per minute on the string) compared to other machines on the market. The machine can produce classic one-color string cookies, as well as completely new and original types of two-color or three-color cookies (three types of dough). With an additional option as a guillotine machine can be used for the production of sticks (round or rectangular), cut both dough semi-finished products, and finished products. By rotating of nozzles the machine can produce shiny braids with one or two fillings inside. The extrusion system, which includes lobi pumps with separate chambers, guarantees high accuracy in the dosage of the dough of different quality and consistency.

At the design stage of the machines, great attention was paid to the moments associated with the cleaning and maintenance of the machine, starting with the head, which can be removed completely, ending with the disassembly of the remaining parts of the machine, so that when performing these works do not occupy the production line.
