TUNNEL OVENS

Tunnel furnaces of different capacity designed for baking of pita bread, pizza, pies, croissants, cakes and other small-piece confectionery products by means of heat treatment of products through the high temperature area.

Principle of operation:
Heating of the furnace chamber is achieved by heating of electric heating element or gas burner. Baking products in tunnel furnaces occurs on the mobile belt conveyor, that gradually moves along the baking chamber. Control system of the tunnel furnace allows you to control temperature conditions in the baking chamber, as well as the speed of the conveyor in furnace. Thanks to what you can bake a variety of products.
