DESCRIPTION OF THE BAKERY PRODUCTS PRODUCTION LINE

Flexibility of the lines is expressed in the fact, that complete set of equipment provides a very simple control of the entire line, as well as maximum efficiency of all installations in the line. The products can be fermented on trays and baked on the same trays or baked in the oven without trays. Combined production is also possible.

Phases of the technological process are as follows: dough preparation, loading of the proofing chamber, baking and cooling of the bakery products.
