DESCRIPTION OF THE HEARTH BREAD PRODUCTION LINE
A separate production line can be built as a mono-line, which produces only one type of bakery products, or as a combined line for several types of bakery products.
Machines for cutting products before proofing and baking, easily cope with longitudinal or transverse incisions.
Technological process is divided into the following stages: dough preparation (kneading), dough division by weight, dough forming into a loaf or a round loaf, fermentation or proofing of the dough, baking, cooling, cutting and packaging of products (if necessary).
