Explosion-proof external electric motor-vibrators MVE-D are used as auxiliary systems to improve movement of bulk materials in silos and hoppers during unloading, or as drives for conveyor transportation, filtration, drainage or removal of fluid in vibration machines.

Principle of operation:

As a result of the rotation of eccentric unbalances, a centrifugal force arises. One MVE-D vibrator mounted on the vibrating machine causes the circular motion of the machine. Two MVE-D vibrators, rotating in opposite directions on the same machine, cause linear movement of the machine. The need for circular or linear motion depends on the application.

In most cases, the oil and gas industry uses two MVE motor vibrators per machine to create linear motion. It can also be used in food production when unloading of bulk storage lines of flour, grain, cereals.
