    DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTINUOUS LEVEL SENSOR ILS

    The ILS level sensor consists of electrical and mechanical chambers isolated from each other. When measuring level of the product, microprocessor and weight load are used, which falls to the level of the product on each measurement. Information about the level of filling of the hopper is calculated based on the distance, traveled by the weight load. As longer it takes, as less of product is presented in the silo (hopper). The continuous type level sensor is suitable for all kinds of bulk products and is not sensitive to dust, humidity, static electricity accumulation and product sticking.
