FEEDER FOR PRODUCT UNDER PRESSURE
The rotary feeder is designed for unloading of containers with high pressure and loading of bulk products into pneumatic conveyor systems. It is used in the food industry, in systems of transportation of flour, grain, etc. It can also be used for dosing — due to the constant and uniform supply of the product in the rotor section.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROTARY FEEDER FOR BAKERY
Composition:
• stainless steel and carbon steel housing;
• rotor with inclined blades;
• motor.
Principle of operation:
The product is poured from the top, enters the rotor cavity, limited by the blades. With its turn, the product falls into the lower part of rotary feeder, from where the unloading is performed, and, if necessary, the normalization of pressure is also performed. Rotary feeders are available in 4 types with a capacity of 5 to 20 dm3/min; with 3 speeds — from 10 to 30 rpm.
