Vibrating sifter is connected to the existing production lines, or sold together with the feed system for a bulk product. For trouble-free operation requires a pneumatic line, that provides a constant supply of the product, as well as a pneumatic line, that takes out the cleaned material, which is ready for further usage. All excess particles are removed through a special nozzle in the waste collection. The sifter consists of two chambers: upper chamber – the screening chamber, where the product enters, and lower chamber – the receiving chamber. Between them, a sieve with a cell size that is optimally suitable for specific tasks is installed. Under the influence of vibration and pressure difference in the chambers, the product wakes up through the sieve cells and from the lower chamber is taken by a pneumatic transportation system to the production lines. After the vibrating sifter, it is recommended to install a magnetic separator. The sifter is designed in such a way, that technological breaks to replace sieves or to clean the magnetic separator are minimal, and the line can operate smoothly.

Composition of the vibrating sifter:

• the sieve of the sifter;
• electric vibrator;
• steel frame.
