Equipment for transportation of bulk and powder products

Pneumatic transport is used for loading and unloading processes, transportation of flour and other bulk materials from storage to production units. It allows you to combine on the production the processes of transportation and subsequent processing of the product.

Pneumatic transport systems differ in the way how they create product flow and use it:

• injection pneumatic transport system, where the air pressure in the pipeline is higher than atmospheric. Such system allows you to transfer the product from one point to several routes at the same time;
• suction (vacuum) transport system has the opposite effect – the air pressure in the pipeline is less than atmospheric. The product can be taken from different points and fed into one storage device;
• combined transport systems — combination of suction and air pressure systems, used in cases, where the length of the track is more than 100 m.

• adjustable capacity (from 1-2 tons / hour to 300-600 tons / hour);
