Big-bag unloading system is a necessary element of the discharge and transportation system of bulk products on small enterprises. Big bag unloader is used in bakery, confectionery, flour-milling productions, as well as for non-food productions of chemical and construction mixtures. Hanging on loops and cutting of big bags are performed manually. Productivity depends on the operator’s actions.

DESCRIPTION OF THE BIG-BAG UNLOADER EQUIPMENT
Big bags unloading system consists of a supporting metal frame with the receiving hopper of the discharge silo, where granular or particulate products from big bags are fed.
Principle of operation:
Big bags are mounted on the frame with help of electrical forklift or a beam crane. Frame of the lifting mechanism has a special pins, to which are attached the loops of big-bags. This allows to fix manually big bags on loops over the receiving hopper. Receiving hopper of the unloading system is installed on the special vibration supports, due to which it is possible to unload the product from big bag with a constant speed, regardless of the volume of product in it. You can open the big bag manually through the door in the side wall of the receiving hopper, or with help of mounted on the neck of the hopper knives. Telescopic frame of the unloading system for big bags allows you to install the necessary for unloading process height, not limited to standard dimensions.
