Equipment for unloading of 50 kgs bags with bulk products

The 50 kgs bags unloader consists of several devices, that can also be used separately.

Composition:

• aspiration system;
• receiving hopper.

Aspiration system to prevent dusting. Dry bulk products, such as flour or building mixes, are recommended to be poured using the aspiration filters. In this case, the 50 kg bag is loaded into a special chamber of the hopper, equipped with a hinged lid, filter and exhaust fan, where the unloading takes place.

Receiving hopper is a container, into which the product is poured from 50 kg bag and from where it enters the production line.

Manual unloading systems are equipped for the specific tasks of the customer.
