    This packaging automat is designed for dosing and packaging of liquid and semi-liquid (viscous) products into pre-made plastic cups. Cups are made of polystyrene or polypropylene. After filling, the cups are closed with lids or plastic covers.

    Type of containers:

    • polystyrene or polypropylene pre-made cups with lids or covers (caps).

    Volume of plastic cups:

    • 100 — 500 ml.

    Diameter of plastic cups:

    • 75 mm or 78 mm or 95 mm.

    Productivity:

    • up to 1500 — 1800 doses / hour.

    DESCRIPTION OF THE CAROUSEL PACKAGING AUTOMAT RT-AFK-2

    Carusel packaging automat is designed for packing of liquid and pasty products into plastic cups of volume 100 — 500 ml, and diameter of 75 mm, 78 mm, 95 mm. Cups sealed with a Walki®Lid lids or an aluminum foil lids. Also cups can be closed with a plastic cover (optional). Packaging automat consists of separate units, each of which performs special functions to ensure dosing and packaging of the product into round containers (cups) or into rectangular containers. Basis unit is the carousel. Functional units are arranged in a circle around the carousel.

     

    Basic package with units, that can be equipped on the machine:

     

    • cups feeding unit;

    • main product doser;

    • additional product doser;

    • Walki®Lid lids laying unit;

    • lids sealing unit;

    • date marker;

    • plastic covers laying unit;

    • capping unit;

    • unit for cups removal;

    • unit for rotation of the cups under the doser (when feeding two products).

    The machine performs the following technological operations when turning the carousel and placing the cups in the installation sites:

     

    • supply plastic cups into the slot of the carousel;

    • doses the necessary portion of the main product into the cups;

    • doses (if necessary) the second product;

    • puts the lids on the top of the cups;

    • sealing the lids;

    • marks the lids with the date;

    • puts the plastic cover on the top of the cups *;

    • press the plastic cover to cap the cups *;

    • removes the filled and capped cups from the swivel carousel.
