Pure-pak packaging machine is designed according to the latest requirements for the packaging of dairy products. It can fill in Pure-Pak and Tetra-Rex packaging with liquid and semi-liquid dairy products. Modern design of the packaging machine provides an ability for fast changeover to another volume of the package (0.25 liter or 0.5 liter or 1.0 liter) and another type of the product. Machine can use foiled packaging materials. It is convenient for maintenance and sanitary procedures. During working process pure-pak packaging machine requires one operator. Control system and pneumatics of the packaging machine are made of high quality components from leading manufacturers: SMC, OMRON, FESTO, SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC.

Pure-pak packaging machine is equipped with a stamping date printing device that allows you to mark each package with a digital code or date. Easy maintenance and simple control does not require for the machine of highly qualified personnel. Effective antiseptic treatment of the entire inner surface of the package before filling with a product allows to increase shelf life of the packaged product compare to similar packages of competitors, performed with equipment from other manufacturers.

Available versions of the packaging machine:

• machine with productivity of 2000 or 3200 packs / hour;

• version for packaging into Pure-Pak bags or version for packaging into Tetra Rex bags;

• option for caps application;

• option with valve for packaging of products with solid inclusions;
