Cups packaging automat has linear structure and can reach productivity of 12 000 plastic cups filling and closing per hour. Machines operates in a step mode. All operations are synchronized with a single motor, which controls movement of the machine modules with a mechanical or pneumatic elements. Control adjustments are performed by operator using the touch-screen monitor. Cups packaging machine can be connected the central CIP-station, for that it is equipped with pipes and flanged (pumps for washing solution pumping is not included into basic version). Machine is equipped with high-quality HEPA-filters to provide a laminar flow of sterile air into the filling chamber (optional).
