Equipment for plastic cups transfer

Pick and place module picks up the plastic cup with a product and place it into the carton tray. This is a module for group packaging of ready plastic containers. Module is equipped with a servo drive, grippers for reliable fixation of the filled and closed plastic cups and further transfer of them to the pre-formed carton tray. Pick and place module is synchronized with the feeding line for carton trays from tray-former machine, or it can be synchronized with a driven carton tray magazine. Pick and place module for plastic cups during it’s work as part of an automatic line functions in principle of «no product — no packaging», being synchronized to stop and start of the automatic packaging process and feeding of the carton tray from tray magazine or tray-former machine.
