De-palletizers for group unloading of the product from pallet

Automatic depalletizer for high-performance lines is designed for depalletizing of glass bottles, cans and other types of empty containers from wooden pallet. On the pallet containers are installed on the carton divider between layers. Depalletizer lifts up the full layer of bottles before feeding them to the production line. Full pallets with containers must be installed on the inlet conveyor with help of a loader. The operator cuts the film around the pallet and removes the top carton substrate. Then the pallet is transported to the unloading station, which is equipped with anti-falling mechanism for bottles. It works through soft start and stop operations, controlled by an electronic variator. When the pallet is in the unloading position, the gripper is lowered to the first layer of bottles. Then depalletizer gripps it completely (full layer). The bottles from layer are transported to the unloading table and from there go to sanitary station. After that the unoading cycle is repeated with the next layer of empty bottles. Interlayer substrate must be removed manually by operator or by a special device (optional), which captures it by using of vacuum cups and transfers to a special storage magazine.
