Semi-automatic de-palletizers for group unloading of the product from pallet

Semi-automatic depalletizer is designed for removal from pallets of glass containers (bottle, jar) and automatic feeding of it to the bottling line. The machine consists of 2 modules: a system for shifting of bottles from pallet and a system of conveyors to ensure the required accumulation and supply of bottles to the single-row conveyor of the bottling line. Empty containers is fed into depalletizer from the pallet, which is located on the stacker for transportation of the pallets. Top layer of bottles is aligned by the stacker with the level of feeding conveyor. Then, with the help of a pneumatic pusher, a layer of bottles is transferred from the pallet to the feeding conveyor. Then the pallet is lifted up by the stacker to the next layer of bottles level and removal cycle is repeated. To control semi-automatic depalletizer is needed one operator, whose role is to control the movement of the pusher and stacker during lifting operations with empty bottles. Productivity of semi-automatic depalletizer with one operator is roughly 10 000 bottles per hour. In standard version machine is designed for Euro size pallets 1200×800 mm. Other sizes of pallets are available by request.
