Automatic machine for stretch film wrap-around of the pallet

Stretch wrapping machine is a final part of an automatic pouring or a production line. Automatic wrapping machine is installed into existing production line and connected with a palletizer by roller conveyor. It is designed as a rotary table with rollers to load pallet with boxes (or other product). Machine consist of a column with a cart, moving up and down for the film stretching and pre-stretching. When a pallet is in the rotary table area, an operator must take an edge of the film by his hand and transfer it to the moving cart. After that moving cart goes up and down with the film, wrapping around full pallet during rotation of the table. At the end of wrapping cycle, the film will be automatically cut off by a special knife. Wrapped pallet then goes away by roller conveyor. At the same time a new pallet is feeded on the rotary table to repeat the wrapping cycle.

In semi-automatic version wrapping machine has rotary flat table on the ground level. Operator should manually move pallet (with hand loader or electric loader) to the rotary table, then forward by hand stretch film into the cart and switch on rotation. After the number of rotations, operator manually cut off the film and unload wrapped pallet from the rotary table.
