Machine for group packaging of bottles into carton boxes

High performance linear group packaging machine into carton boxes is designed to be integrated into pouring lines for liquids. It can work with plastic PET bottles, glass bottles, cans and other forms. Product (bottles) are transfered by inlet conveyor. Machine pick up die-cut cartons from tray, form the bottom of the box, creates a group of bottles 2-4-6-8-10-12 and etc., places them into the box, folds edges and glue it with a hot melt glue. Depending of the type and shape of the product (bottles), capability can reach up 18000 bottles per hour. In standard package it is made of stainless steel AISI-304.
