Machine for group packaging of bottles into shrinking film
HIGH SPEED MODEL FOR GROUP PACKAGING
High-speed model is designed for group packaging of bottles into thermo shrining film with productivity up to 40 groups per minute (> 24 000 bottles per hour by 12 pieces in group). Machine can work with a single bottle and with groups from 2 up to 12 bottles. Possible products to be packed: plastic PET and glass bottles and cans, carton boxes and others. Machine has linear configuration. Groups to be packed are followed to packaging area in continuous mode. Wrapping can be performed within 1 or 2 reels of thermo shrinking film at once. This group packaging machine is designed for integration into existing automatic production line.

HIGH SPEED GROUP PACKAGING MACHINE
High speed group packaging machine has linear design and can reach productivity up to 24000 bottles per hour — 40 groups per minute. Other type of package also can be done for: plastic PET bottles, glass bottles, cans, carton boxes and etc. Machine can use 1 or 2 reels of thermo shrinking film at once and eqipped with wrap-around system. Model is controlled by PLC-controller and touch-screen for the operator. In a standard package machine has three fan blowers for cooling of the film and 5 pre-installed formats of group packaging.
