GROUP PACKAGING INTO BOXES
This machine is designed for group packaging into carton boxes. It can work with groups of plastic PET bottles, glass bottles, cans of different shape and size, boxes and others. Machine automatically pick up carton flat box from tray, opens it, move to loading zone, forms groups of bottles and close package. In standard version productivity is 8000 bottles per hour. In double version productivity is 16 000 bottles per hour.

GROUP PACKAGING MACHINE INTO CARTON BOXES
Cartoning machine for secondary packaging is a high-performance automatic equipment, designed for the formation of groups of various types of packaged products.
Sequence of work:
• vacuum suction cups pick up die-cut cartons from tray and transfer it to the receiving slot on the conveyor;
• further transfer to load of product groups and forming station;
• pick and place module places a group of products into formed die-cut cartons, which is then folded into a box around the product;
• then a box is soldering with hot melt glue.
The product is delivered into the forming module with a conveyor. On the machine’s exit the box with product is glued with a hot melt glue. Positioning of cartons is carried out by means of a servo drive, thus ensuring accuracy and full control of the system during operation. Operator via touch-screen panel controls the process and adjusts the packaging format. Automatic adjustment of the machine to work with other types and sizes of packaging is made by simple commands on the touch-screen panel. Productivity of the machine is from 2500 to 8000 groups of products per hour, depending on the type and size of groups of packaged products. Basic model is made of stainless steel with IP55 level of protection. By request other type of steel and level of protection are available. Cardboard group packaging machine is widely used in various industries that require minimal manual work. This machine has automatical changeover and high capability of tray for die-cut cartones, thus it can work independently about 25 minutes.
