Parameters of filling triblock

Rotary type triblock is designed for small and medium productions. Model includes three units: washing unit for bottles (disinfection), filling unit for liquids and capping unit for bottles. Triblock Optima is designed according to EU norms with components of European suppliers and possibility of fast changeover. It is made of stainless steel AISI 304/316 and has 16 dosing valves for liquid product. Triblock can be integrated into automatic pouring line. For providing of high hygiene level it can be equipped with clean and ultra clean systems for pouring. Machine has possibility to fill plastic and glass containers of irregular shape up to 6000 ml. Triblock makes capping of bottles with 28 mm or 38 mm twist-off caps. By request, machine can be produced for customized size and shape of bottle and cap for closure. Structure of the triblock in completely closed, so it eliminates a possibility of ingestion of a random object inside.

In a standard complectation machine is equipped with flowmetric dosing unit. Depending on the type of pouring product and required productivity triblock can have the following type of doser:

isobaric dosing unit;

volumetric dosing unit;

vacuum dosing unit.

Triblock options

Filling triblock supplied in three versions of hygienic level:

Standard – machine supplied with a single side washing valves, which can wash bottles once without subsequent re-washing with purified water (for example, single washing with Oxonia Activa washing liquids). Mixing station for liquids is included in the basic version of the triblock.

Clean – washing of bottles and pouring process is performed in an environment of clean air. Air flow is provided by the group of high-quality HEPA-filters. Bottle caps are processed using UV-lamps. For washing can be used Oxonia Activa liquid, or ozonated water.

Ultra clean – bottling also performed in a clean air environment. Module is equipped with 2-ways washing valves, which allow treatment of bottles with ozonated water, or peroxide with further washing with purified water. For disinfection of caps can be used injection of the peroxide vapor, or peroxide bath, or UV-treatment.
