Blow molding automat for PET bottles A4

A4 blow molding machine is designed for medium PET bottles production. Machine can be integrated into existing beverages filling line, it is equipped with automatic control and synchronization unit. Machine has capacity of 3000 PET bottles per hour of 1 liter volume. To work on it you need air compressor station to supply 15 bar of air pressure with consumption about 5500 nL/min. Blow molding machine A4 is suitable for combination with different models of filling triblock and automatic pouring lines for liquids. By request it can be customized for PET bottles of 5 liters volume. It is a high quality and fast production machine, it requires only 1 operator for work and maintenance. You can joint it with an existing production line with a special our conveyor for bottles or it can be saparated and in this case bottles for bottling process must be loaded into loading hopper of the unscrambler machine.
