Blow molding automat for PET bottles Butterfly

Butterfly blow molding machine is designed for small and medium PET bottles production. It can be integrated into existing beverages filling line as a first step equipment. Machine has productivity about 1200 PET bottles per hour of volume about 1 liter, made of preforms. For working process it is needed strong air compressor unit to supply 15 bar of air pressure with consumption near to 4500 nL/min. Blow molding machine can be customized for different types of containers and different shapes with volume up to 5 liters. It is a simple machine and you need extra a special conveyor of a loading hopper to joint it to the existing filling line.
