PET bottles blow molding machine TB-40
TB-40 blow molding machine is designed for high-speed PET bottles production. Model can be customized for bottles of 5 liters. TB-40 blow molding machine can work in continuous mode by 3 shifts 24 hours a day with stops for maintenance procedures. It can guarantee minimal level of waste and lower self-cost of the produced PET bottles. For machine operation and maintenance is needed 2 operators. Blow molding machine TB-40 for PET bottles can be integrated into existing beverages pouring equipment. Onboard an automatic control unit and synchronization unit. TB-40 has productivity of 5000 — 7500 PET bottles per hour. Machine must be joined to air compressor station to supply 34 bar of air pressure with consumption about 14000 nL/min.
