Equipment for water ozonation
WATER OZONATION
Ozonator is used for preparation of the ozonated water for the filling triblock washing process (for bottles washing). Requirements for the premise where ozonation station is located:
• ambient temperature — no more than +25°C (optimal +10+20°C);
• relative humidity of the surrounding air — no more than 70%;
• availability of supply and exhaust ventilation with 6-times air exchange;
• no dust, vapors of corrosive gases, acids and petroleum products.
In standard version machine is made of stainless steel AISI-304.

Ozonator station
Preparation stations of the ozonated water is used for ozone water treatment of empty bottles before supply to the filling triblock. The station produces ozone from oxygen.
Ozonator includes the following units:
1. Ozone synthesis unit consist of:
• oxygen concentrator;
• ozone generator;
• ozone synthesis control unit;
• balance level barometer.
2. Water saturation unit with ozone consist of:
• pump;
• ejector;
• static mixer;
• ozone dissolution column;
• cyclone separator, equipped with an automatic float air vent;
• catalytic ozone destructor;
• remote control module.
