Ink printer for pouring line
Ink jet printer to print the date on the packaging of bottles
INK PRINTER
For the purpose of printing the date and other information on the packaging of bottles we use VideoJet ink printers. Printer can be installed into production line after condensate removal module. It uses cartridge of black ink. Printer is supplied with mechanical fixing device, which allows to fix printing head in the required for printing position. Ink jet printer can work in sinchronized with pouring line mode without operator’s assistance. Jet printing allows do not touch bottles, so dust doesn’t matter for the process.

INK PRINTER FOR THE LIQUIDS FILLING LINE
VideoJet ink printers are fully compatible equipment for pouring lines. It can be installed on steel frame and stay outside the main production line, being available for easy maintenance by operator. Ink printing head located on a long hose and fixed infront of the bottles conveyor with a special fixing KIT. Printing head can print information, entered on the keyboard of printer by the operator. Information to be printed on bottles can include:
• date;
• barcode;
• text info;
• simple picture;
• trade mark;
• time;
• other info.
